How does purchasing a property from your site work?
We have several easy payment options for your convenience:
1. You can simply checkout and pay with a Credit or Debit Card with the “Buy Now” price to save.
2. Pay by Cashier’s Check via mail or traveling notary.
3. Pay in installments by Credit or Debit Card on our invoicing system. *Please Note* Not all properties are available for financing/installments.
4. Contact us directly by email, call, or text. We take all offers on a first come first serve basis. Once you connect with us and you want to purchase a property, we do require an earnest deposit to secure your offer on that property. We are happy to answer any of your questions so you feel 100% comfortable and confident in your land buying decision.
Do I need a real estate agent or attorney to buy?
No! We have simplified the buying process with straight forward, easy-to-read contracts. Of course, we encourage you to hire a professional if you think it is necessary. However, we have done our best to make the process simple and easy for anyone to understand.
Why should I buy from you instead of a real estate agent?
Real estate agent’s fees can range from 2% to 10% of the purchase price. We have eliminated the middleman, saving you even more money!
Are you a real estate agent that lists land for sale?
We are not real estate agents or brokers, and we do not represent anyone else in these transactions. We own or have a divided interest in every piece of land we have listed. We simply buy and sell land.
Is title insurance available?
Yes, we conduct thorough due diligence on all our properties. All titles are insurable by nationally recognized Title Insurance companies.
What kind of land do you have available?
We specialize in land that is vacant and underdeveloped. Some of our properties may have utilities (i.e. electric, sewer, water) and some properties may be completely raw (i.e. no electric, no sewer, no water). We offer both since our customers are seeking different things. Each listing will let you know what is available on that specific property.
Are there back taxes or liens associated with the property?
No. We guarantee that all of our properties are sold free & clear of liens and encumbrances, and that the taxes are current at the time of conveyance.
How do I visit the properties?
You are free to go and look at any listed property at your convenience. Please note each property is unique and some may require 4-wheel drive and GPS to locate, while others have easy accessible roads. All driving directions or gps locations are provided in the listing. Please contact us if you need any additional assistance with maps, coordinates, etc.
Why are your properties so cheap?
We have a proprietary marketing system that allows us to get in touch with land owners who want to sell their property. Often times they are looking to sell because they need the money, or no longer want the land. Our company helps them out by buying their raw land quickly for cash. We then pass the discount and savings along to you! We own every piece of land we sell.
What's the catch?
There is no catch! We have spent a lot of time and energy into making this as simple and easy as possible. Please contact us so we can establish a relationship and answer any questions or concerns you may have. We want you to be 100% confident in your land buying decision.
How often do you add new properties to the website?
We are continuously acquiring new properties and adding them to this site on a weekly basis. Please check back often as our properties tend to sell very quickly. Or simply click HERE to get notified of any properties that become available.
Do you take payments or offer financing?
We do offer owner financing on some of our properties. The minimum down payment varies on a property-by-property basis. After the down payment, the remaining balance may be financed on a term of anywhere from 1 year to 10 years. We offer easy terms, with no credit check, no lengthy underwriting process, and we will cover ALL the closing costs. You will then have full use of the property upon completion of the paperwork, and receipt of your down payment. There is no pre-payment penalty or balloon payment, so you can pay off the balance at anytime. **Please note some properties may be cash sale only, so please check the listing for additional details.
When will I receive the Deed to my new property?
You should receive your deed within 3 days of payment processing. If you are paying in installments, the deed will be sent after the FINAL payment. The deed you receive from us (whether via mail, email, or traveling notary) will be a COPY. We will send the ORIGINAL filed deed directly to you via certified mail. This takes about 2 weeks. So sit back, relax, and enjoy your new piece of property! We will do all the work for you!
